Most people pay the most attention in the power aspects of playing better golf. -No rotation in your forearm/no hinge the wrist
The main reason for using a belly putter is to prevent the golfer from rotating his or her wrist in their putting motion. Also to take away the hinge in the wrist when putting. These are the main two problems when putting with short putters.
-Difference between putting stroke and drives
Just because you rotate your forearms in every swing in golf does not mean that you have to in your putts. With drives, you cock and uncock your wrist to generate power.
